I have always enjoyed working independently while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals. These experiences have allowed me to evolve and excel as a solopreneur. I have worked in various sectors that all have a common thread of creating impact through disruption and innovation.
As a consultant, I have assisted and coached entrepreneurs, thinkers, and designers on rebranding and redesigning their businesses to better propel growth.
I also have experience working in key managerial roles within fast-moving sectors where results matter. I’ve previously supported UX/UI designers in complex projects for The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BNYM) and operated workshops for branding initiatives in international accelerator hubs in East Africa.
My diverse experience in Project Management has permitted me to work in multiple sectors, to enhance the completion and elevation of team collaboration. These experiences have allowed me to incorporate design and project management:
BNYM: Utilized Scrum Methodology to provide progress reporting and incremental collaboration from the designers
Twigalpha Limited: Facilitated, organized projects and workshops centered on the design
Asian Development Bank: Highlighted project risks, deadlines, and deliverables for government agencies
Department of Social Services: Provided clients with a comprehensive guide to User Interface design to statewide site
Pratt Institute: Administration and curated content for digital publication, with emphasis on design and social impact
