ENGAGEMENT THROUGH DESIGN

Waridi Valentine is the founder and director of Peace Of Culture. She created POC as a collaborative platform to demonstrate design, innovation, educational development through projects that support creative economies. The platform has managed and assisted with international and domestic projects, with an emphasis on the development of Eastern Africa.  

Our vision is to promote engagement and enhancement of design, innovation, sustainability, and creative economies within the diaspora.

Zanzibari, is our brand designed with recycled African Print textiles and fabscraps from all over Sub-Saharan Africa.
